We seem to run in circles. When we can't see a clear finish line, we tend to retrace our steps so as to make sure we hit all the checkpoints.
But with anything in life, the paths we run may be dark, blind, covered with potholes, and the ending may not be in clear view. So should we retrace our steps, try to find what we did wrong? Or should we keep moving forward, unknowingly, into a world that may, or may not be sufficient to our likings?
I say run. Run into the thickness, run into the dark future; because is there any other way in which to live than to run? Are we not programmed to run? Scientists have discovered humans are the way they are so they can run. So run! I don't care if you can't see the finish line. Because when you deal with the unknown, you deal with faith. You deal with everything that seems wrong, off, different; and you make it your own. And in this faith, we find the beautiful and all-knowing hope; for there is no hope without faith. Faith is what breeds, cares for, and matures hope; it's the milk that builds up everything we hope for.
So when asked to take a chance, take a leap of faith, I urge you to run, to leap into a pool of darkness, as long as you do it in faith.
Run away from normal, from basic, from safe, and dive headfirst into a world that has no clear ending, but is run solely on the fumes of faith. For when you have faith, you have hope, and when you have hope, you have all.
To love always,
Hope

When you take time away from hope you forget her powers. Her ability to break all barriers and get you to a better place. But to be in position to hope is to be in a fallen position, a downward spiral of life that causes you to have to call out to her.
We call her only when we need her, only when we are on our last options. But it shouldn't be that way. Hope is most valuable in times that we least need her. She works her best magic when we are not consciously aware of her stunning presence.
So I urge you, I beg of you, compliment her, praise her, love her, even when you don't notice her existence. For when you love her when you least need her, she gives you the most of herself when you do.
Love those around you, give yourself to others when no one expects anything from you, breathe in conjunction with the harmonic syllables of the peaceful and helpful. This isn't just another ploy to get you to do good things, this is an urge to realize that we all live on thin ice, and without her, our chances of survival under the ice will be slim.
So I beg you to have a healthy and giving relationship with hope, give her everything that you would want in return, and one day, when you need her the most, she will be there to comfort you for the future.
For those who have none,
Hope.
